Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to lead cross-client creative strategy and develop junior strategists. You will translate business goals and audience insights into compelling messaging, testing plans, and strategic recommendations, while ensuring alignment with studio, media, analytics, and client partnerships.

You will mentor the team, guide strategic direction, and stay ahead of trends, including AI-enabled approaches.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, brand strategy, advertising, or a related field.
• 3+ years of people management, mentoring, or formal team leadership experience.
• Proficiency analyzing data from platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar environments to inform creative strategy.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, including senior stakeholder presentations.
• Bonus: Agency experience and/or category experience in health and wellness, beauty, ecommerce, retail, apparel, home services, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee creative strategy for assigned clients and campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Translate client goals into actionable messaging and creative objectives supporting brand and performance priorities.
• Lead client presentations, pitch support, and strategic discussions as the senior Creative Strategy lead.
• Apply and improve templates, processes, and frameworks, including briefs, CABs, audits, and testing roadmaps.
• Surface opportunities to improve delivery quality and cross-functional collaboration.
