Responsibilities

• Consistently identify high-performing US creative and adapt it to UK/DE/FR markets for customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Own the EU/UK experimentation framework to move fast, document learnings, and scale winners while keeping brand alignment
• Serve as the primary creative liaison between UK/DE/FR market needs and US creative/production teams
• Improve win rates and spend efficiency through a rigorous, data-backed testing cadence
• Partner with the Director of Paid Social UK & DE/FR and cross-functional brand, design, and marketing teams
• Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns across multiple regions
