Job summary

Greenworks Tools is seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead design and creative services in support of Retail and Ecommerce. You will oversee a team, drive brand strategy, and manage projects from concept through production, across digital and print media, in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on defining visual identity, creating marketing assets, and collaborating with global teams to ensure consistent brand execution across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 10+ years of print and digital design experience.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating across regions.
• Proficient in brand strategy and market trends.
• Expert level with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and design for print and web.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand guidelines and visual identity for internal and external use.
• Produce PDP content for ecommerce platforms (Walmart, Amazon, Lowe's, Greenworks) and company sites.
• Create advertising materials for retail, ecommerce, and other media programs.
• Lead a design team across multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Direct photography and manage digital assets; mentor designers.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on translation and regional brand marketing.
