Job summary

Brooklinen is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Integrated Marketing to strengthen how creative projects are planned, prioritized, and delivered across the organization. You will manage intake through final delivery and coordinate workflows with Design and Copy.

You’ll collaborate with Creative and cross-functional teams to balance priorities, identify roadblocks, and build processes that move work forward efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and calm focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, including managing creative or marketing projects.
• Experience facilitating print production is a plus.
• Familiarity with project-management platforms such as Monday.com.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate intake of creative requests and define scope, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Own creative project schedules and manage workflows across Design and Copy.
• Track team bandwidth and allocate work effectively.
• Provide updates and identify potential roadblocks with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee production for printed and packaging materials.
• Develop strategies and processes to support Brooklinen’s marketing objectives.
