Job summary

Uline, the Pleasant Prairie-based leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Creative Production Manager at Corporate Headquarters to oversee the print and web production process for omnichannel marketing. You will lead a 170+ strong Creative department and collaborate with project managers to meet tight deadlines with brand clarity.

In this on-site role, you’ll drive workflow improvements, approve final media, coordinate proofs with vendors, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in creative production or project management with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proofreading and editing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with a team of project managers to schedule, proof and deliver print and web projects.
• Approve final print and web media to uphold brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple deadlines and drive process improvements for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors to review proofs and maintain documentation.
• Recruit, train and inspire the team to achieve high performance and service.
