Job summary

Uline is seeking a Creative Production Manager to oversee the print and web production process for its omnichannel marketing. You’ll manage a team of project managers and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and brand consistency.

In this role you’ll approve final media, drive process improvements, and mentor staff to achieve high performance. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in creative production or project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in creative production or project management with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proofreading and editing experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to schedule and proof all print and web projects.
• Provide final approval on print and web media to uphold brand guidelines.
• Drive process improvements to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors to review proofs and maintain documentation.
• Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
