Job summary

Uline seeks a Creative Production Manager to oversee print and web production for omnichannel marketing. You will lead a team within a powerhouse Creative department of 170+ members, ensuring deadlines are met with consistent brand clarity.

Responsibilities include approvals on all media, workflow optimization, and collaboration with vendors. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related roles with supervisory experience are preferred, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in creative production or project management with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proofreading and editing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of project managers to ensure smooth workflow, scheduling, and proofing for print and web projects.
• Provide final approval on print and web media to maintain brand standards.
• Manage multiple deadlines and drive process improvements for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors to review proofs, secure approvals, and maintain documentation.
• Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve high performance and service.
