Job summary

Indie Consulting, a fast-growing strategy-led marketing studio, seeks a Senior Creative Producer & Editor to lead concepting, production, and editing of social-first content for leading CPG brands.

Reporting to Creative Studio Director, you will own the craft, direct shoots, edit across platforms, and maintain brand voice. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY or Raleigh, NC with three in-office days.

Salary range $95,000–$115,000 plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in creative production, art direction, or content creation for consumer brands.
• Expert-level video editing skills with strong pacing and platform-native cuts.
• 3+ years hands-on shoot production experience and on-set direction.
• Solid post-production fundamentals: sound design, color correction, export specs.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; CapCut for edits.
• Ability to develop and execute campaign ideas hands-on.
• Experience directing freelancers and contractors on set and post.

Responsibilities

• Translate big ideas into high-quality social assets for clients.
• Produce a meaningful share of studio output: edits, motion graphics, visuals.
• Art direct shoots (studio/UGC-style) with clear references and feedback.
• Lead shoot-week logistics and pre-production planning.
• Edit raw footage into best-in-class social content with sound and rhythm.
• Own post-production pipeline: organization, versioning, reviews, delivery specs.
• Turn around reactive content quickly (24–48 hours when needed).
• Brief and manage UGC creators for branded content.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms.
