You will manage production logistics, coordinate talent, and oversee on-set operations to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role requires roughly 15% travel and a strong background in video production, post-production, and asset management across fast-paced

Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-house or freelance video production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, or video field.
• Experience coordinating large-scale creative productions.

Responsibilities

• Dual responsibility for production and post-production across video, photography, and multimedia projects.
• Develop and manage production logistics for efficient execution.
• Coordinate on-set operations with creative leadership to improve workflows.
• Evaluate production needs and allocate on-set resources to maximize efficiency.
• Support production execution with videography, lighting, and editing contributions.
• Oversee media management and asset workflows throughout production lifecycle.
• Assist with post-production coordination and asset transfers.
• Evaluate and implement production technologies to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to ongoing production operations documentation and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
