Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Senior Creative Producer to lead the Brand Studio’s production operations across campaigns, launches, video, digital, and events. You’ll partner with Product, Growth, and Revenue Marketing to tell one consistent story as Checkr scales.

Applicants should bring 6+ years in creative production, proven multi-channel delivery, and strong vendor management. You’ll oversee agencies and vendors, drive efficient processes, and apply AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative production or production management.
• Track record delivering multi-channel projects on time and on budget.
• Hands-on agency and vendor management experience with contract negotiation.
• Fluency in a project management tool such as Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead production end-to-end for multi-channel projects, owning scope, timeline, budget, and approvals from brief to delivery.
• Keep priorities, resourcing, and deadlines aligned across Brand Studio and partner teams.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, including scoping and contract negotiation.
• Build and improve intake, briefing, and workflow processes so requests stay organized and creative teams stay focused.
• Use AI tools to streamline production and make the team faster.
• Step into traditional marketing projects (campaign launches, event programs, content and digital production) and run them with the same rigor.
