THE ROLE

'Ôrəbella’ is looking for an extremely creative, highly organized, innovative, and hands-on Senior Creative Manager to join our growing team. You will lead the development and execution of creative assets across digital, social, packaging, photography, video, experiential, and physical brand touchpoints. This role combines creative ideation, production, design leadership, content creation, and brand stewardship. The Senior Creative Producer will translate business and campaign objectives into thoughtful creative briefs, source and guide internal and external partners, and ensure that every deliverable is distinctive, cohesive, on-brand, on time, and on budget. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a disciplined producer—someone who can shape an idea, direct a shoot, edit video, create packaging artwork, manage vendors, deliver on-time and on-spec assets, and build the systems that keep the creative function running smoothly. This role is based in LA (hybrid) and will report to the General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
CREATIVE PRODUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
  • Lead creative projects from initial concept and briefing through production, feedback, approval, and final delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive briefs that clearly define objectives, audiences, deliverables, timelines, budgets, channel requirements, and measures of success.
  • Manage overlapping projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of creative quality, brand identity, and operational execution.
  • Proactively identify production risks, resolve roadblocks, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and other external production partners.
SOCIAL CONTENT CREATION & DIRECTION:
  • Ideate, direct, and execute creation of visually compelling social content across campaigns, launches, stories, and evergreen programming.
  • Partner with the social team to translate content needs into actionable creative concepts and production plans.
  • Adapt creative for different channels, placements, formats, audiences, and platform behaviors.
  • Use performance insights to refine original content and improve engagement over time.
  • Capture or direct and manage elevated product, lifestyle, social, and event photography and videography, including Founder, campaign, media, and BTS content.
  • Own the process from briefing and shot list development through production, post-production, and asset delivery, working closely with both internal teams and self-sourced external partners.
  • Build versatile asset sets that can be repurposed across DTC, retail, social, paid media, press, and partner channels.
  • Ensure final assets are delivered on schedule, on-budget, and made easily accessible to relevant teams and partners per brand standard processes.
MERCHANDISE, GIFTING, EVENTING & OTHER COLLATERAL:
  • Lead the ideation, design, and production of merchandise, gifts with purchase, influencer and press seeding kits, event materials, and other physical collateral, in conjunction with internal team and external vendors.
  • Translate the brand into memorable, high-impact physical experiences.
  • Develop thorough briefs and production plans that support on-brand, on-time, and on-budget execution.
  • Review materials, prototypes, proofs, and samples to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage production vendors and timelines through final delivery.
PACKAGING ARTWORK & PRODUCTION:
  • Own packaging artwork from layout and adaptation through proofing, approval, and vendor delivery, in conjunction with product development agency.
  • Ensure packaging files comply with printer and vendor specifications and are submitted accurately.
  • Maintain visual consistency across products, SKUs, formats, and production runs.
  • Collaborate with product development, operations, regulatory, and external production partners as needed.
  • Review print proofs and production samples, resolving quality or consistency issues before final approval.
VIDEO EDITING & DELIVERY:
  • Concept, produce, and shoot a variety of video content, from campaign films to snackable social clips to PDP assets to retailer training materials.
  • Edit and deliver high-quality video content based on approved creative briefs.
  • Adapt video assets for social, paid media, digital, retail, press, and other platform requirements.
  • Ensure editing, pacing, sound, color, graphics, and typography reflect the brand’s creative direction.
  • Manage review cycles efficiently and incorporate stakeholder feedback while protecting the integrity of the creative concept.
BRAND STEWARDSHIP:
  • Champion a cohesive Orebella brand identity across all touchpoints of the brand.
  • Review and refine creative work to ensure a consistently high level of brand expression.
  • Evolve the brand’s visual language in partnership with creative and marketing leadership.
  • Update visual guidelines following major launches or significant brand-evolution moments.
  • Balance consistency with creative innovation as the brand grows.
BRAND BOOK & ASSET MANAGEMENT:
  • Own and maintain an accurate, visually compelling brand book and brand presentations that reflect Orebella’s positioning, voice, identity, and aesthetic.
  • Update the brand book for every major launch or meaningful brand shift.
  • Distribute current guidelines and ensure external partners are working from the latest approved version.
  • Establish and maintain intuitive file-naming conventions, folder structures, version controls, and campaign archives.
  • Ensure final campaign assets and production files are organized, clearly labeled, and easy to retrieve.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for brand assets, delivering external partners the correct and most current files promptly.
  • Managing Google Drive/Air organization and maintaining efficient workflow, naming conventions, and folder permissions.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 8+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, content production, design, or a related creative role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across several of the following: beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, luxury, consumer products, or culturally relevant brands.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects across digital, social, photography, video, packaging, print, retail, and physical production.
  • Advanced video-editing capabilities using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable tools. After Effects is a plus.
  • Adept knowledge of camera functions and lighting equipment. Willingness to be flexible on set.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, editing, color, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience developing packaging artwork and preparing production-ready files for print vendors.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, freelancers, production partners, printers, and other external vendors.
  • Strong project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, budgets, and review cycles simultaneously.
  • Excellent briefing, presentation, communication, and creative-feedback skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand systems.
  • Experience building or maintaining digital asset-management systems, file structures, and naming conventions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • A refined visual point of view and a sharp instinct for what feels elevated, relevant, and true to the brand.
  • A balance of creative ambition and operational discipline.
  • A proactive approach to communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • The ability to move fluidly between strategic direction and hands-on execution.
