Job summary

First Point Group seeks a Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and campaign content across customer touchpoints. This role combines brand vision with hands-on storytelling, art direction, photography, and video production to bring ideas to life.

You will shape the brand identity, elevate the customer experience, and drive growth through innovative and commercially effective creative initiatives, collaborating with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years in creative, brand, marketing or art direction roles
  • Experience leading and art directing photography and video productions
  • Strong portfolio with brand storytelling and content production
  • Experience building or scaling creative teams in fast-growing environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, creative direction, and storytelling framework.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels (website, social, email, ads, packaging).
  • Lead creative development for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Art direct photo and video shoots from concept to post-production.
  • Manage creative workflows, timelines, and budgets across multiple initiatives.
  • Oversee relationships with freelancers, agencies, and production partners.

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Manager to lead the development and execution of compelling brand and campaign content across all customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative leader who combines strong brand vision with hands‑on execution, bringing ideas to life through impactful storytelling, art direction, photography, video production, and integrated marketing campaigns.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will help shape our brand identity, elevate the customer experience, and drive business growth through innovative and commercially effective creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership
  • Define and evolve the brand’s visual identity, creative direction, and storytelling framework.
  • Translate business objectives and brand strategy into compelling creative concepts and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels, including website, social media, email, digital advertising, packaging, and other marketing assets.
  • Stay ahead of fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, and cultural trends to keep the brand relevant and differentiated in the market.
Art Direction & Content Production
  • Lead creative development and execution for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Art direct photo and video shoots from concept development through post‑production.
  • Partner closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, designers, and external agencies to produce high‑quality content.
  • Maintain a strong creative standard and ensure all outputs align with the brand vision.
Team Building & Creative Operations
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing creative team in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
  • Establish creative workflows, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and creative priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Oversee relationships with freelancers, production partners, and agencies as needed.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, Product, and Leadership teams to align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Support performance marketing initiatives by creating conversion‑focused creative assets.
  • Bring customer insights and market trends into the creative process to enhance brand engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 6‑8+ years of experience in creative, brand, marketing, or art direction roles within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, DTC, or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven experience leading and art directing photography and video productions for marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success building, managing, or scaling creative teams in a fast‑growing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, campaign development, visual identity systems, photography, and content production.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and guide creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong art direction skills and a refined visual sensibility.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. consumer preferences, cultural nuances, fashion trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget ownership, timeline management, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and modern creative collaboration tools.
  • Experience with content production workflows, visual asset management, and creative project management platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with U.S.-focused fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Experience in DTC and performance‑driven e‑commerce environments.
  • Understanding of social‑first content creation and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing external creative vendors, agencies, and production partners.
