Five Star Franchising LLC in Springville, Utah is seeking a Creative Director to lead the enterprise creative team onsite. You will guide the direction, quality, development, and execution of creative across a growing portfolio of brands, translating brand strategy into compelling work across digital, print, video, and franchise marketing.

You will mentor designers, establish scalable standards, and partner with Brand Marketing to drive campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative, design, advertising, or integrated marketing with leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing direction across brands, campaigns, and channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction across the portfolio of brands.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness across digital, paid media, social, web, email, print, video, and franchise marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal design and creative team.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing to translate strategy into compelling creative.
• Develop integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
• Establish scalable creative standards, templates, and workflows across brands.
• Partner with Performance Marketing to test and improve creative performance.
• Manage priorities, resources, timelines, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Evolve brand identities while differentiating between brands.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve speed, scale, and quality.
