Job summary

Five Star Franchising, headquartered in Springville, Utah, seeks a hands-on Creative Director to lead the enterprise creative team and set standards for brand execution across multiple brands and channels.

You will partner with Brand Marketing Directors and executives to translate strategy into compelling creative that drives awareness, engagement, and franchise growth. Strong leadership and a track record of scalable design systems are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative, design, advertising, or integrated marketing, including leadership.
• Proven experience leading creative across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Agency experience or fast-paced, agency-style environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and execution across Five Star Franchising’s portfolio of brands.
• Own quality, consistency, and effectiveness of creative across digital, paid media, social, web, email, print, video, and franchise marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal design and creative team.
• Translate brand strategy and campaign objectives into compelling creative.
• Develop integrated concepts and provide direction from concept to final execution.
• Establish scalable creative standards, workflows, and templates across brands.
• Collaborate with Performance and Lifecycle Marketing to improve engagement and campaign performance.
• Manage priorities, resources, timelines, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Evolve brand identities while maintaining differentiation across brands.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance speed, scale, and quality.
