Job summary

Access Destination Services is hiring an Associate Director of Creative (Arizona). You will lead the creative strategy for live events, work with Sales, Operations, and Executives, and guide a national team to deliver immersive, scalable experiences.

Travel to meet vendors and clients as needed, while driving revenue and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in creative roles within events/DMCs, strong leadership, and a track record of translating bold concepts into executable

Qualifications

• 7+ years of creative experience in a DMC or related events industry.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong ability to translate bold ideas into executable live experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative vision for live events, meetings, and experiential programs.
• Ensure concepts are feasible, scalable, and profitable across markets.
• Lead partnerships with production, entertainment, and vendors to deliver high-quality events.
