Access is seeking an Associate Director of Creative (Arizona) to lead live events, meetings, and experiential programs with a focus on scalable, executable concepts. You will guide creative strategy, collaborate with Sales and Operations, and mentor senior team members to balance vision with delivery.

You will travel as needed, build partnerships with vendors, and ensure concepts meet venue, budget, and production realities while driving revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of proven success in a creative-focused role in a DMC or related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the DMC or hospitality field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the creative vision for live events, meetings, and experiential programs across all markets.
• Ensure proposals clearly communicate the live experience and on-site execution.
• Mentor Associate Directors and senior leaders to balance creative vision with operational accountability.
• Oversee strategic partnerships with sales, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable event solutions.
• Drive operational feasibility while maintaining high creative standards.
