Job summary

Plan Left, LLC is seeking a Senior IC Creative Director to own the agency's creative output across design, brand strategy, copy, and video. You’ll work with the Marketing Director and Account Director as a three-person leadership core, setting the bar and establishing standards for client engagements in a remote-first environment.

You bring at least eight years as a senior designer/creative leader, with a strong portfolio across brand identity, digital, and campaigns, plus the ability to write

• Eight years of design experience across brand identity, digital, and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showing range from design to brand strategy and copywriting.
• Ability to write headlines, taglines, and web copy with versatility.
• Systems thinker who can build brand identity systems and scalable briefs.
• Self-starter who thrives in remote work and can lead without immediate reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative output of the agency across design, brand strategy, copy, and video.
• Set visual standards for all client work and lead the creative process.
• Develop positioning, messaging, voice, and naming for engagements.
• Write across registers and direct video/motion, scripting and storyboarding.
• Provide creative leadership in client conversations and pitches.
• Help shape and scale a creative team as plans grow.
