Job summary

DuckDuckGo is seeking a Creative Design Lead to own end-to-end design work for campaigns across Duck.ai, search, browsers, and subscriptions. You’ll drive high-quality, on-brand visuals and mentor teammates while collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering to scale our portfolio.

With 9+ years in design, you’ll shape brand language, deliver fresh concepts, and build reusable systems that streamline production and achieve measurable impact for our growing user base in a remote-first

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on marketing or advertising design experience at a recognizable consumer-facing brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range, depth, and a distinct creative point of view.
• High proficiency in typography, color, and composition, with working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead design work from concept through execution across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Create high-craft, on-brand creative for Duck.ai, search, browsers and subscriptions with minimal oversight.
• Advise fellow designers on marketing and brand execution and mentor junior team members.
