Job summary

Blue Hour Studios, Horizon Media’s affiliate, seeks a Sr. Creative to lead social-first content concepts for brand partnerships, guiding ideas from brief to delivery and ensuring culturally relevant output.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple client briefs, and collaborate with the Creative Director to elevate work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and more in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a creative role at a social advertising agency, brand or publisher.
• Strong portfolio featuring a social-first approach to branded content creative inclusive of paid and influencer work.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative ideation and conception for multiple client accounts.
• Oversee development of campaigns from concept to delivery across social formats.
• Sell through ideas with compelling decks aligned to brand objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure high-quality execution.
• Mentor and manage junior team members to elevate creative work.
• Manage multiple client briefs and deliverables with tight deadlines.
