Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Creative Assembly Designer to lead scalable production systems and AI-native templates. You will translate creative concepts into modular templates, collaborating with engineers, designers, and ML teams to scale brand assets globally.

You’ll ensure high-quality output across channels, defend brand integrity, and push rapid iteration while maintaining craft. A strong background in design systems and automation is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across digital design, production design, creative technology, design systems, or related disciplines including 2+ years in template-based or automated production workflows.
• Exceptional visual design craft and attention to detail with ability to protect brand quality at scale.
• Hands-on experience with After Effects and n8n or comparable workflow-automation tools.
• Advanced experience with Figma, Weavy, and other node-based creative workflows.
• Experience creating scalable template systems, modular components, and dynamic layouts.
• Strong understanding of design systems, production operations, asset structures, and multi-channel delivery.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into production logic, technical requirements, and repeatable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate creative assembly systems to produce brand assets at scale.
• Transform layered designs into reusable, production-ready templates.
• Develop dynamic layouts capable of large-volume variations across channels.
• Assemble creative across brands, markets, languages, placements, and screens.
• Translate briefs into channel-native creative for programmatic display, social, apps, and more.
• Establish automated validations and quality checks for output readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to evolve templates and production workflows.
• Improve workflow speed, reliability, and craft quality.
