Job summary

Superside is seeking a Lead Creative with a passion for Generative AI to shape creative excellence across branding, landing pages, ads, social, print, and presentations. You will guide a global team of top-tier creatives, blending strategic leadership with hands-on craft to deliver human-centered, high-impact work for leading brands.

This fully remote, async-first role spans 60+ countries and 13 time zones.

Qualifications

5+ years as a creative lead or similar role.
Strong portfolio across branding, presentations, and advertising including AI-enhanced work.
Excellent English communication skills in a global, remote setting.
Advanced design tools proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.
Proven leadership of diverse, multidisciplinary teams and mentoring peers.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and creative integrity.

Responsibilities

Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools such as text-to-image, video, and layout automation.
Experiment with AI workflows to improve quality, speed, and output.
Integrate AI-assisted assets while maintaining brand integrity and emotional impact.
Direct creative direction to align with strategy, brand, and purpose.
Communicate with clients to build trust through structured leadership.
Foster an inclusive team environment with shared ownership.
Link creative outputs to business goals using insights and performance data.
Collaborate across functions to deliver cohesive, insight-driven solutions.
Coach designers with clear, actionable feedback and high standards.
