Experience in loan workouts, restructurings, disputing loan documentation, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage distressed commercial real estate loans portfolio with collateral performance oversight.
Evaluate rents, financials, market conditions, and capital needs to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop and execute loan resolution strategies including modifications and forbearances.
Prepare credit memoranda and presentations for senior management.
Lead negotiations with borrowers, sponsors, and legal counsel; oversee foreclosure and REO where needed.
