Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten or more years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong CRE underwriting foundation; data centers experience.
• Experience authoring credit memoranda and presenting risks to committees.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new originations and portfolio exposures for CRE assets.
• Analyze borrower financials, property cash flows, collateral, sponsor strength, covenants and market conditions.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive written credit analyses and supporting documentation.
• Assist with annual company-wide credit reviews for clients with multiple property holdings.
• Specialized focus on data centers and related lease structures and risks.
• Support origination and deal teams with term sheets and negotiations.
