SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with strong title and survey experience to support attorneys handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in the Newark area. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of NJ/NY commercial real estate paralegal experience, with thorough knowledge of title insurance, surveys, transactional documents, and real estate closings.

This role requires high organization and the ability to manage multiple transactions

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of NJ/NY commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Thorough knowledge of NJ/NY title and survey matters and title insurance policies.
• Familiarity with ALTA and CLTA endorsements for purchase, sale, and loan transactions.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
• Review commercial title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and environmental reports.
• Prepare title and survey memoranda and draft title objection letters and responses.
• Prepare and review purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, closing checklists, and title/survey summaries.
• Coordinate closings with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title/escrow professionals.
