Job summary

You will manage financial statements, close processes, rent roll integration, and lender reporting, while supervising AP/AR staff and handling payroll and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CRE accounting experience, with 2–3 years in a senior or manager-level role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for properties and portfolios.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Oversee daily AP, AR, tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, rent collection, banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Review lease abstractions for rent roll integration and revenue recognition.
• Monitor property-level cash flow, reserves, and debt service compliance.
• Track loan covenants and lender reporting.
• Support audits, refinances, and lender requests.
• Manage repair and maintenance expenses.
• Process full-cycle payroll and track time off.
