Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, accounting or demonstrated knowledge and expertise.
12+ years experience underwriting commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
Underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio.
Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, and portfolio reviews.
Work with Relationship Managers and team to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue.
Present proposed credit actions to Senior Loan Committee when needed.
Mentor Credit Analysts to develop required competencies and experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market/industry trends.
