Zusammenfassung

Huntington National Bank seeks a CRE Portfolio Manager III to service, deepen, and retain profitable commercial relationships while proactively evaluating risks and opportunities within the CRE portfolio.

You will own primary responsibility for credit quality and monitoring, underwriting, and portfolio administration, working with Relationship Managers and regional leadership to optimize customer outcomes and revenue. A Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years CRE experience are required.

Aufgaben

• Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
• Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio.
• Assist in optimizing customer relationships with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management, and other team members to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue.
• Manages delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base, portfolio reviews, specialized reporting, soft exposure annual reviews, criticized loans, etc.
• Work with RM on Loan Closings and present proposed credit actions to Senior Loan Committee.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with senior management and mentor Credit Analysts to develop required competencies.
