Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate transactions.

• Proficiency with MS Office and computer-assisted legal resources; strong judgment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Draft Purchase and Sale Agreements, Correspondence and Memoranda; handle multi-family and multi-state transactions.
• Review loan commitment letters and draft checklists; prepare closing documents and related correspondence.
• Coordinate and review title, survey, zoning, insurance, municipal search, UCC, litigation, bankruptcy, and corporate due diligence materials; prepare pre- and post-closing packages.
• Attend to post-closing follow-up, including e-recording, recording issues, final title policy review, and document transmittals to clients.
