Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as a commercial real estate paralegal.
- Proficiency in reviewing title commitments and surveys.
- Experience preparing and managing closing binders.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with CRE transactions from contract to closing.
- Review title commitments, surveys and related documents.
- Prepare closing binders and ensure documents are organized.
- Draft and review leases, contracts and deeds.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies and opposing counsel.
- Conduct due diligence and legal research related to property deals.
- Manage transaction timelines and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on CRE laws and regulations.
