Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of CRE loans across property types and performance profiles.
• Analyze capital structure, collateral, business plans, and exit strategies.
• Perform ongoing credit/risk analysis and propose tactical actions.
• Support underperforming/distressed assets with modifications and resolutions.
• Maintain monthly property-level cash flow models and valuations.
• Monitor DSCR, debt yield, LTV, occupancy, NOI, and returns.
