Bank of Hawaii is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan professional to develop lending opportunities, manage a CRE portfolio including construction and income properties, and provide technical CRE support across lending areas.

The role requires strong communication, analytical abilities, and collaboration with branch and loan officers. Travel may be required; flexibility with hours is expected as part of the team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years in commercial real estate lending for Level IV or 5 years for Level III, plus supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office and bank software; ability to travel.

Mansioni

• Manage and document CRE loan portfolio with adherence to policies; conduct site visits as needed.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities; resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze, structure and close basic CRE transactions; prepare and present Credit Approval Memorandums.
• Support branch and loan officers in origination; provide quality service.
• Cross-sell other bank services and participate in department initiatives.
