Garcia Legal Search, LLC is seeking a senior Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney to join its Plantation, Florida practice at the Counsel level. The role offers meaningful responsibility, sophisticated CRE work, and growth potential within a collaborative culture.

The attorney will serve as a senior on-the-ground resource for CRE lending, collaborating with New York colleagues while actively developing the Florida platform and expanding client relationships.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of commercial real estate lending experience.
• Strong background in complex CRE finance transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Portable business is welcome but not required.
• New York Bar admission is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior, on-the-ground resource for the firm's CRE lending practice.
• Work closely with attorneys in New York while growing Florida presence.
• Independently manage deals from inception through closing.
• Help shape and expand the Florida practice with autonomy and influence.
