Job summary

Bayview is seeking an Associate Closer in New York, onsite. The role supports the Head of Commercial Closing and team through the full CRE closing cycle, from application to final disposition, including asset management and securitization coordination.

The position requires 3–7 years in lending/CRE closings, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, with a notary commitment in NY within 3 months. Base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $160,000, with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3–7 years experience in a lender, law firm, title company or CRE brokerage in closings.
• Notary or willing to obtain notary in NY within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Commercial Closing and team with closing process from application to final disposition.
• Coordinate cash management, vendor onboarding, and servicing processes.
• Prepare closing statements with underwriting team, title company and counsel.
• Manage servicing files and liaison with outside counsel and brokers.
