Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced attorney for a premier Denver Commercial Real Estate & Business Law Firm. This role requires 4–8+ years of CRE experience with meaningful finance experience, and a strong academic background plus excellent communication skills.

The candidate will draft and negotiate various loan types and work across multifamily, retail, industrial, and office projects, independently handling sophisticated matters with top-tier client service.

Qualifications

4–8+ years of commercial real estate experience, with meaningful finance experience.
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A plus: agency financing, CMBS loans, affordable housing, purchase agreements, or joint venture experience.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate term, construction, revolving, and permanent loans.
Work across multifamily, retail, industrial, and office projects.
Independently manage sophisticated matters while delivering exceptional client service.
