• Experience in CRE underwriting across multiple property types and risk ratings.
• Ability to author clear credit memoranda and present risks and mitigants to committees.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills to translate diligence into credit narratives.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new originations and portfolio exposures for CRE assets.
• Analyze borrower financials, cash flows, collateral, sponsor strength, covenants and market conditions.
• Prepare concise credit analyses and supporting documentation.
• Assist with annual credit reviews for clients with multiple properties.
• Support deal originations and construction projects from budgeting to completion.
• Monitor portfolio risk, covenant testing, and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Credit Approvers, risk partners, and relationship managers.
