Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its Chicago office on a remote basis. The role focuses on sophisticated, deal-centric CRE transactions across office, industrial, and retail assets, with direct client contact and a pathway toward potential partnership.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of CRE transactional experience, Illinois bar admission (or eligibility), and demonstrated independence in handling complex matters.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois bar admission or eligibility
• 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing
• Proven ability to manage matters with significant independence and client contact

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex CRE transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and portfolio work
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and related contracts
• Handle office, industrial, and retail leasing matters; draft and negotiate leases and amendments
• Coordinate diligence, title, survey reviews, and closing processes for lenders, developers, and business clients
• Serve as senior client contact while collaborating with partners on strategy and execution
