Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced associate or counsel to join our real estate practice, focused on complex leasing transactions within a broad portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial properties.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, advise on transactional strategy, and take ownership of sophisticated leasing matters while collaborating with a collaborative team for high-level real estate work.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state you practice.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with complex leasing and property transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial lease agreements.
• Advise clients on leasing structures and ongoing lease matters.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of commercial real estate assets.
• Assist with development projects and related transactional work.
• Represent clients in franchise-related leasing and related agreements.
• Review and negotiate renewals, assignments, and transfers.
• Conduct and manage due diligence in real estate transactions.
• Provide general corporate real estate support in transactional matters.
