Responsibilities

• Perform valuations for commercial real estate, residences, developments and land.
• Ensure compliance with USPAP standards in all assignments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication.
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver high-quality analyses.
• Provide testimony as an expert in legal proceedings when required.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets; report progress to senior staff and clients.
• Uphold professional integrity and deliver accurate work products on time.
