Job summary

LPA is seeking a Senior Associate - Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our San Antonio office. You will conduct market research, property inspections, and develop valuation analyses, supporting advisory assignments across a range of commercial properties.

Responsibilities include preparing appraisal reports, analyzing income/expenses, and collaborating with senior staff. Requires a degree in a related field with strong writing and MS Office skills; Texas CGA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, real estate, economics or related field
• Basic knowledge of Houston commercial real estate market required
• Texas CGA license preferred or pursuing licensure
• Strong writing, grammar and report composition skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis
• Perform property inspections
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses
• Analyze property income and expense statements
• Prepare appraisal reports
• Support valuation, consulting and advisory assignments across various commercial property types
• Apply knowledge of Houston CRE market to valuation assignments
• Collaborate with senior staff on complex assignments
