Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Senior Commercial Appraisal Reviewer to conduct in-depth reviews of CRE appraisal reports, ensure USPAP compliance, and support appraisal governance. The role oversees ordering, engagement management, and dispute resolution within a collaborative department.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in business/finance, 6+ years CRE appraisal experience, and preferred MAI or Certified General licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal, review, evaluation, or related field.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CMBS appraisal requirements and collateral markets preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-depth reviews of commercial real estate appraisal reports to ensure compliance with bank policies, federal regulations, and USPAP standards.
• Order appraisals and oversee appraisal engagement management within designated systems of record.
• Provide consultation on bank appraisal policy/standards and department procedures.
• Resolve valuation disputes and address complaints or concerns from lenders, internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Develop resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems applying appraisal standards within policy.
