Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six years of related experience, primarily in Commercial Real Estate.
• Certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser in a state within Regions’ footprint.
• Appraisals and appraisal reviews must meet USPAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Establishes market values and property rating in support of real estate investments in equity and loans
• Conducts studies of real estate values and trends in markets
• Collaborates with senior management in the development of team goals and objectives, assisting in consistent achievement
• Offers advice and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives
