Job summary
Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Review Analyst to handle complex evaluations, appraisals, and appraisal reviews, and provide consulting to loan officers. Required appraisals and reviews must meet USPAP, with six years of CRE experience and a General Real Estate Appraiser certification.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field required.
- Six (6) years of CRE experience.
- General Real Estate Appraiser certification required.
- USPAP knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establishes market values and property ratings for real estate investments.
- Conducts studies of real estate values and trends.
- Collaborates with senior management on team goals.
- Advises junior analysts and supports skill development.
