Regions Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Review Analyst to handle complex valuations, appraisals, and reviews for loan officers, ensuring USPAP compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and six years of CRE experience with certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser. It is a full-time position in Birmingham, AL with a competitive benefits package and Long Term Incentive Plan participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Six years of related experience, primarily in Commercial Real Estate.
• Certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser in a state in Regions’ footprint.

Responsabilités

• Establishes market values and property rating in support of real estate investments in equity and loans.
• Conducts studies of real estate values and trends in markets.
• Collaborates with senior management in the development of team goals and objectives, assisting in consistent achievement.
• Offers advice and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives.
