Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, a production campus for M.C. Dean, is seeking a Crane Operator 3 to lead complex lifts and crane operations at project sites. You will mentor operators, review lift packages, and ensure safe, compliant execution of high-consequence lifts.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED with extensive crane experience, LAT certifications, CDL A if needed, and the ability to operate at heights and in tight spaces. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of experience or equivalent training.
• Current certifications: CCO TSS, TLL, LAT for assigned equipment.
• CDL Class A and medical card when carrier duties are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard reviews for complex lift setups and changing conditions.
• Plan crane positioning, setup, and rigging with crew.
• Review lift packages and verify load weight, CG, radius, and contingencies.
• Diagnose equipment behavior and identify recurring defects.
• Mentor operators and provide input to lift planning and readiness.
• Ensure safe recovery and maintain compliance with regulations.
