Everett Ship Repair seeks an experienced Crane Operator to perform lifts across shipyard areas in Everett, WA. You will maintain cranes, inspect rigging, and manage lift operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements include 3+ years operating cranes, NCCCO certifications, forklift mastery, and strong teamwork. The role is full-time, on-site with benefits and a path for leadership within the crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating fixed cab, swing cab, and lattice crawler cranes.
• Hold NCCCO Certifications in Swing Cab, Fixed Cab, and Lattice Crawler.
• Mastery of forklift operation and lifts.
• Ability to plan, rig, and execute complex lifts with minimal supervision.
• Crane maintenance and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and perform complex lifts without supervision.
• Plan, rig, and execute critical and large lifts with little supervision.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and repair the launch system.
• Perform crane maintenance and inspections; track logs and reports.
• Direct a rigger and safely execute all lifts; lead crew when needed.
• Maintain lift logs and ensure safe shipyard practices.
• Develop positive working relationships with crew and client departments.
• Share knowledge with junior team members and apprentices.
