Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating fixed cab, swing cab, and lattice crawler cranes.
• Must hold NCCCO certifications in Swing Cab, Fixed Cab, and Lattice Crawler.
• Mastery of forklift operation and lifts.
• Ability to plan, rig, and execute complex lifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate all forklifts and perform complex forklift lifts without supervision.
• Plan, rig, execute critical lifts, and large and complex lifts with very little supervision.
• Lead and direct a team to ensure safety and success of lifts.
• Maintain log of all lifts and ensure crane inspections are up to date.
• Develop positive working relationships with crew and client departments.
