Job summary

Marco Crane & Rigging seeks a full-time Crane Operator at the Phoenix branch. You will safely transport, assemble, operate, and disassemble hydraulic telescopic and lattice boom cranes, and ensure daily inspections and maintenance.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, NCCCO certification, OSHA knowledge, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. The company is based in Phoenix with responsibilities across multiple facilities in the Southwest.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or GED) and related experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license and DOT medical card.
• NCCCO crane certification or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and proper hand signals.
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain the crane safely and efficiently.
• Inspect work sites before crane setup and verify conditions.
• Read load charts and assess crane capacity for lifts.
• Perform Daily DOT inspections and crane maintenance per manual.
• Ensure all permits, certifications, and safety procedures are current.
• Follow standard hand signals and coordinate with crew.
• Maintain tools and assist with crane block inspections as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety culture.
