Louisiana Bridge Builders is seeking a Crane Operator II (above 150 tons) to support the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge project in Lake Charles, LA. The role involves operating large cranes, reviewing lift plans, and performing inspections under supervision.

Qualified candidates will have NCCCO or NCCER certification and 5+ years of relevant crane experience, with flexibility to work overtime and varied crane assignments.

Qualifications

• Must hold NCCCO or NCCER certification.
• 5+ years of crane operating experience with capacity above 150t.
• Experience reading and following lift plans.
• National Crane Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate lattice boom or hydraulic crane above 150 tons as required.
• Read and understand lift plans and adhere to the lift plan.
• Complete daily inspections and report to Crane Superintendent.
• Be flexible to operate different cranes as needed.
• Perform duties safely and efficiently and assist with other tasks as directed.
