Job summary

The Brock Group Inc. is seeking a Craft Lead to supervise a single crew and perform and direct work as the senior craft professional on site in Louisiana. The role emphasizes safety, quality assurance, and efficient execution under Brock and client specifications.

The candidate will implement pre-job safety planning, manage materials and equipment, and ensure accurate time reporting while coordinating with supervision and clients. Travel and onsite orientation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ craft experience or 2 years craft experience plus 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must meet Fit For Duty and pass Site Orientation requirements.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors, in extreme heat or cold, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote Brock’s safety culture and best practices on all tasks.
• Perform pre-job safety planning and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Lead toolbox and crew meetings; assign work and manage time records.
• Ensure work complies with Contractor specs and QA/QC requirements.
• Plan installation and construction of equipment and structures; load/unload materials.
