Syneos Health in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Senior CRA to join the Clinical Solutions team. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory and GCP compliance across trials.

The ideal candidate has oncology monitoring experience, strong communication, and is open to up to 75% travel; German fluency is required, French is a plus. Eastern Switzerland preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Previous monitoring experience
• Oncology knowledge
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Basic level of critical thinking skills expected.
• Fluency in German. French would be an asset.
• Location in Eastern Switzerland is preferred
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) with regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors.
• Conducts Source Document Review and data verification in CRF; drives timely query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, reconciliation and labeling per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews Investigator Site File for accuracy and TMF reconciliation; ensures archiving per guidelines.
• Documents activities via letters, reports, logs; supports recruitment and data tracking.
• Understands project scope, budgets, timelines; coordinates site-level activities and priorities.
• May liaise with project sites or Central Monitoring Associate; ensures training compliance.
• Attends Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; may lead global clinical monitoring meetings.
• Provides guidance for audit readiness and supports audits and follow-ups.
• May provide training/mentorship to junior CRAs; may sign off visits.
